VTA Capital, LLC is a startup venture to explore opportunistic and value added financial projects
outside of the operations of Aero-mark’s operating companies. These niche projects may include real estate, aircraft purchase and leasing, aircraft parts trading, or other related situations which offer the potential for high yield returns. VTA Capital is structured to be able to offer creative solutions to other Aero-mark Companies or to outside entities. VTA Capital is backed by Aero-mark, LLC with over 35 years of experience in the acquisition, growth, improvement, and sale of companies.

It is primarily focused in the aerospace sector but does consider other industries. Its management prides itself on being able to quickly analyze and understand financial situations and respond promptly to requests. Investment Criteria
Aircraft Leasing
Aircraft leasing principally engaged in purchasing aircraft and leasing them to customer for unique situations
Real-Estate Investments
Mainly invest in qualitative income producing infrastructure projects as aircraft hangars, aeronautical infrastructure for aircraft maintenance and other unique commercial real-estate opportunities.
Capital Expenditure
Invests on assets such as technology, property, workspaces, and general equipment. Depending on the size of the business, CAPEX can vary from less than $10,000 to well over $10 million.
